Online Ordering - Interactive Form
Our interactive online order form offers a "shopping cart" order entry format. The form is accessed via the Shannon Optical website with password protection for privacy and can be customized so only the choices your company offers are shown. Drop down menus make ordering efficient and fast. As the order is entered, each component is individually priced. Prior to submitting the order, an itemized summary and order total, including employee co pay or company match is displayed. This total will match the invoice if a total is need when submitting a purchased order. Submitting orders are sent real time directly to Shannon Optical for processing. Email notifications for orders received and shipping information can be sent to 1 or 2 addresses. Invoiced Orders are posted to employees history can can be accessed with a variety of search functions. Orders that need to be duplicated are easy using the duplicate order function.
